** Position Summary and Responsibilities
* Responsible for operating various automatic and semi-automatic machinery.
* Will need to perform quality inspections on all parts produced, bagged or packaged in carriers.
* Be open to learning and acquiring job skills through continual cross-training of all/any departmental equipment as needed, while following Company policies, rules/regulations and safety procedures.
* Maintain updated paperwork per specifications, maintain operation sheets, and check for in service calibration tags for all tools and equipment being utilized for current labeling.
* Housekeeping, keep all areas clean, organized and practice proper storage of tools.
* Other duties as assigned by Lead/Supervisor.

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED); vocational school training acceptable.
* 6 months to 1 year of previous related experience is preferred.
* Candidate must be able to work with a microscope, small hand tools, have good manual dexterity and good hand/eye/tool coordination.
* Must be familiar with and have basic computer skills to be able to make data entries on a daily basis for labor hours and for inventory control.
* Be cross trained on equipment as needed, and continue to build knowledge, skills and abilities throughout the department.
* Must be able to work as a team as well as independently.
* Must have good oral and written communication skills and know basic math.
* Be able to interpret instructions provided orally or written via diagram or schedule form
* PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Candidate will occasionally stand, walk, stoop, bend, knee, crouch; be able to lift and carry 10-24 lbs; you will frequently need to hear to listen or talk to ask questions or provide feedback; will continuously need to sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
* VISION REQUIREMENTS: be able to identify and distinguish colors, be required to use close vision, have the ability to adjust focus and determine depth.
* WORK ENVIRONMENT: you will be exposed to vapors, airborne particles or toxic chemical (safely below occupational limits); work near moving mechanical parts and/or be in contact with moving mechanical  our efforts to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace, Teledyne Relays requires that candidates complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment.
