Technical Program Coordinator; Network & Connectivity Programs

Role Overview

This role supports a global team responsible for a large-scale connectivity protocol and network that extends coverage beyond traditional in-home wireless. The coordinator partners closely with the hiring manager to track deliverables, manage projects, and ensure 15–20 distributed teams stay aligned, accountable, and on schedule. This is a temporary position within an international, highly collaborative environment where team members take ownership of their work and drive results.

• Program and task management
• Building plans and schedules
• Tracking deliverables and milestones
• Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools (Slack, email, Jira, spreadsheets)
• Strong documentation and time management skills

• Track project deliverables and timelines
• Build and maintain project plans and delivery schedules
• Manage tasks to ensure on-time completion

• Coordinate work across 15–20 teams
• Schedule meetings and facilitate communication across multiple locations and time zones
• Support the hiring manager in monitoring progress and ensuring teams meet commitments

• Provide clear, detailed progress and status reports 1–2 times per week
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliverables and timelines
• Communicate updates consistently with stakeholders

• Highly organized with experience coordinating across 15–20 teams
• Experience building delivery schedules
• Experience creating reports to track status and progress

• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or similar roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones
• Demonstrated Ownership

• Degree or certification preferred but not required
