Requirements Must have:

  • – Proven experience in IT support or desktop support roles with a strong foundation in computer hardware and operating systems.
  • – Proficiency in diagnosing software issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • – Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts including LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewalls, and security protocols.
  • – Familiarity with help desk tools such as Connectwise Manage or Jira for managing issues and tickets.
  • – Ability to efficiently manage computer systems through software troubleshooting and hardware maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • – Understanding of IT support best practices in a fast-paced setting focused on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding technical support to end-users by diagnosing and promptly resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • – Manage computer systems across various operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux to ensure peak performance.
  • – Assist with software installations, updates, and hardware upgrades as part of computer management tasks.
  • – Support network infrastructure including LAN, VPN, firewalls, and other security measures to ensure secure connectivity.
  • – Troubleshoot software issues related to Microsoft Office applications and help desk tickets using Connectwise or Jira.
  • – Maintain and support essential IT infrastructure components like servers, switches, and routers.
  • – Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating with users at all levels and accurately documenting issues for future reference.
