Mt. Grant General Hospital is accepting applications for the position of Observation Aide. Duties include assisting SNF Staff with ancillary tasks and one on one monitoring of residents in the Skilled Nursing Facility. This includes but is not limited to one-on-one activities and observation with residents, delivering and returning snack carts, making beds/cleaning rooms, assisting with activities, answering call lights, and monitoring residents.

Applicants must be dependable; multi-task oriented and must be able to abide by the Skilled Nursing Facility procedures and policies. This is a Per Diem Position

Wage: $15.00/hour

Schedule:

Day shift and night shift availability - multiple positions

Minimum qualifications are any combination of training, education, and experience that would provide the required knowledge and ability such as:

High School Diploma or its equivalency AND

Per NRS 449 and NRS 200.5091, successful applicant(s) must pass required state and federal background checks.

Experience in patient care or Skilled Nursing preferred.

Experience in customer service is preferred.
