- Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
- A desire for continuous learning and growth.
- 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
- Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.
- Must be willing to work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a “whole child” approach to all therapies offered.
