Role and Responsibilities

As an SLP, you ll have the exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of children, ranging from birth to 21 years of age, tailoring each treatment to meet their unique needs. With one-on-one sessions, you ll have the flexibility to make a real impact in each child s care plan. Our dynamic team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental interventionists, and early intervention specialists offers endless opportunities for collaboration, allowing you to be part of a holistic approach that drives real success for every patient.

What You Will Need
  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • A desire for continuous learning and growth.
  • 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
  • Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.
  • Must be willing to work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a “whole child” approach to all therapies offered.
