Senior Accountant/Analyst (Contract, Possible Hire)

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Pay Rate: $36-$45/hr Depending on Experience

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Duration: Contract with potential for hire, start ASAP

This position plays a key role in financial analysis, reporting, and supporting internal accounting functions. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech‑savvy, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Banking or Credit Union industry experience is required
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
• Self‑starter with strong analytical and technical abilities
• Experience with Symitar or Avid Xchange is a significant plus

• Analyze complex data sets and prepare detailed financial reports
• Support accounting operations and month‑end activities
• Collaborate with leadership on financial insights and process improvements
