Responsibilities- Deliver tailored financial solutions to consumer and residential members, with a focus on integrity and competence.
- Manage loan documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements for lending.
- Address problem resolution with an unwavering commitment to outstanding service.
- Identify and address the needs of both internal and external members to provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and support ongoing initiatives.
- Contribute to enhanced member experience and overall credit union success.
- Minimum of four years business degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of consumer and real estate lending laws and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation preparation software and Symitar.
- Strong strategic, tactical, and organizational skills.
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; poised, tactful, and diplomatic.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient project management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of residential and commercial mortgage lending policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, staff, and members.

Salary: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
