Humble Hearts Academy Preschool & Infant Center is looking for Substitute Teachers that are passionate about growing in the Early Childhood Education field to join our incredible team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Having fun!
• Create and deliver lesson plans, implement school curriculum, and assess developmental needs of students.
• Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
• Communicate positively with students, parents, and staff.
• Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school and collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.
• Serve and monitor meals
• Assist children with personal needs such as diaper changing, potty training, hand washing
• Supervise children during nap time
• Assisting with any duties as needed by the program, such as dishes, cleaning, and laundry

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pass a background check
• Proof of Immunizations (MMR, TDaP) as required by Community Care Licensing
• Physical Exam as required by Community Care Licensing
• Negative TB test
• High school diploma or equivalency
• ECE units are preferred but not required
• Must be willing to change diapers and potty train
• Ability to stand up and sit on the ground for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and bend
• CPR & First Aid

Job Types: Per Diem

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
