This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations located in Hawthorne, CA. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operational functions, manage budgets, develop and implement operational strategies, and ensure optimal efficiency across departments. This role involves analyzing data to drive decision-making, managing teams, maintaining customer service excellence, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong competencies in Operations Management and Budgeting to optimize operational processes and financial resource allocation.
• Proficient Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated expertise in Team Management and leading cross-functional teams effectively.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience in the fintech or digital asset industry is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset.
