We're seeking an experienced sales professional with AI expertise to drive Ring's growth in the new construction market through strategic partnerships with national and regional homebuilders. This role will focus on both expanding existing relationships and securing new partnerships with leading homebuilders across the United States.

We're seeking an experienced sales professional with AI expertise to drive Ring's growth in the new construction market through strategic partnerships with national and regional homebuilders. This role will focus on both expanding existing relationships and securing new partnerships with leading homebuilders across the United States.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing home builder partners, including top national builders like Lennar and Taylor Morrison, leveraging AI-powered analytics to identify partnership optimization opportunities and predict builder needs
- Identify and secure new partnerships with national and regional homebuilders using AI-driven market analysis and predictive modeling to target high-potential partners
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase Ring product adoption across builder programs
- Lead contract negotiations and program development for multi-year partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program implementation and support, implementing AI automation for routine processes and leveraging machine learning for improved customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the new construction space using AI-powered market intelligence tools, sentiment analysis, and automated competitive tracking systems
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
