As a Senior Product Manager – Tech, you will help build a product roadmap and a coherent customer experience across an array of applications. You will work closely with software and hardware engineering teams, program managers, user experience designers, sales & marketing, and with other internal Amazon product stakeholders across the company, as well as with Key’s external network of partners & customers.

It is still Day 1 at Amazon, and we need a creative problem‑solver with exceptional judgment and the ability to deliver business results under ambiguous circumstances and tight timelines. The ideal candidate has a passion for access control combined with an established track record delivering breakthrough hardware & software experiences.

• Lead end‑to‑end product roadmap and execution plan
• Define the long‑term strategy and vision for customers
• Work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities
• Analyze market trends & customer feedback and usage metrics to identify pain points and feature improvement opportunities
• Build innovative concepts and successfully champion them through senior management and other teams
• Drive requirement definition and design
• Define and own the business metrics and KPIs for our products and services

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
