Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will support and maintain the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO standards and customer‑specific requirements. This role ensures product and process quality for fastener manufacturing while supporting continuous improvement across the organization.

• Conduct internal and supplier audits
• Support customer and third‑party audits
• Manage customer portals, requirements, and scorecards
• Implement quality standards, testing methods, inspection processes, and documentation
• Track and report quality metrics, issues, trends, and corrective actions
• Review customer and supplier requirements, POs, specs, and PPAP submissions
• Resolve customer and supplier quality concerns and drive corrective actions
• Travel as needed

• Experience with inspection methods, quality control tools, and documentation
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with QA software, spreadsheets, and databases
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
