At The Gardens Casino, we don't just serve games, we serve experiences. Our guests expect excitement, energy, and excellent service from every part of our venue, including our Café and beverage stations. That's where you come in!

• Prepare and serve coffee, alcoholic beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and offer recommendations based on preferences.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
• Restock supplies as necessary and assist in inventory management.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handling and ABC Certifications after hire.

• Previous experience in the food service or café industry is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage customers effectively.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is an asset but can be learned on the job.

• Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
