Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Transportation Driver who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The role requires U.S. work authorization, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and a Hawaii driver’s license within 90 days of employment.

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults‑only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. Unmatched hospitality, reputable specialists, and natural beauty combine to deliver a customized experience focused on health and well‑being.

• Greet all guests with a smile, eye contact, and clear, friendly communication, upholding Four Seasons benchmark standards.
• Provide seamless transportation to and from local destinations within a defined area, picking up guests at designated locations on Lana’i for both resorts and displaying the hotel greeter sign.
• Assist with luggage, lift, load, and offload onto carts and vehicles.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all seats and windshields are spotless.
• Ensure the vehicle is in good repair and stocked with amenities such as bottled water, magazines, and newspapers.
• Act as a guest liaison when not in transit, opening hotel and vehicle doors, offering suggestions, directions, and “Talking Story” island narratives.
• Maintain logs noting guests transported and transportation details.
• Provide strong knowledge of city streets for timely guest transport.
• Inspect the vehicle daily, complete scheduled maintenance, and report any operating difficulties.
• Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and attractions; hail taxis and load luggage for departing guests.
• Accommodate special requests, resolve complaints, and assist with hotel service inquiries.
• Perform all other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments and support additional driving tasks such as special events and private group transfers.
• Adhere to Four Seasons work rules, safety protocols, and radio communication procedures.
• Remain flexible with AM and PM shifts based on flight itineraries.
• Follow all traffic rules, seat‑belt policies, and avoid alcohol and personal handheld mobile use while driving.
• Carry company radio and Bluetooth earpiece throughout the shift.
• Support guest safety and well‑being during emergencies.
• Additional responsibilities as outlined by management.

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; must obtain a Hawaii driver’s license within 90 days of employment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 200 lbs, and push/pull as needed.
• Weekend and holiday availability; flexible AM and PM shifts.

• Hourly Rate: $25
