• Communicate clearly with team members and project leads on timelines and details.

• Applicants must be based on Kauai or actively relocating.
• Comfortable working independently on basic tasks.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with hand/power tools; carpentry skills a plus.
• Able to lift 75 lbs regularly; physically capable of daily labor.
• Detail-focused and dependable with a positive attitude.
• ** MUST LIVE ON KAUAI OR IN THE STATE OF HAWAII. If on a neighbor island, you must be able to re-locate to Kauai**
