Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, vendors, and associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Screen individuals entering designated areas by confirming authorization, checking identification when required, and following entry protocols to deter unauthorized access;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and access points, documenting observations and reporting irregular activity according to post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed and completing incident reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, noting hazards and/or maintenance issues and relaying them to the appropriate party
