The luxurious Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join its team!

Set on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star property features 780 rooms, 100,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

  • Classification: Casual (2-3 days per week)
  • Shift: Varies - 10-hour shifts. Candidates must have at least two (2) days with open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Pay Rate: $18.51 per hour, based on experience and location.

The ideal candidate will have at least six (6) months of customer service experience and a flexible schedule.

As a Retail Associate, your responsibilities include assisting guests and selling merchandise efficiently and courteously, aiming to deliver outstanding guest service and profitability. Key duties are:

  • Greeting and acknowledging guests upon arrival
  • Demonstrating knowledge of merchandise, styling, and pricing
  • Processing payments accurately via point-of-sale systems, handling money, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates
  • Wrapping merchandise and packing orders for shipping
  • Conducting inventory and maintaining merchandise supply levels
  • Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
