PositionSummary
- Lead the store team in the absence of the store manager or Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure smooth store operations, completing all opening and closing procedures.
- Drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.
- Management
:
Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up on all activities. - Customer Service
:
Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints; promote a positive shopping experience by greeting, offering help and thanking customers; handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy. - Merchandise/Presentation
:
Price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise; maintain off‑shelf merchandise; reset departments following POGs. - Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime and respond to urgent store issues.
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required).

Pay RangeThe Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $18.00 - $27.00. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
