• Lead the store team in the absence of the store manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure smooth store operations, completing all opening and closing procedures.
• Drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

• Management
  :
  Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Customer Service
  :
  Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints; promote a positive shopping experience by greeting, offering help and thanking customers; handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
• Merchandise/Presentation
  :
  Price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise; maintain off‑shelf merchandise; reset departments following POGs.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime and respond to urgent store issues.

• Experience as a retail supervisor.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required).

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $18.00 - $27.00. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
