Overview
The Client Advisor – Rolex is responsible for providing an outstanding client experience and meeting or exceeding sales objectives, with a specialized ambassador focus on the Rolex brand. This advisor will be an expert on the heritage of the brand, product line and stock within the store.

Job Responsibilities Ensure an Outstanding Client Experience
- Work to create a positive, inviting and elevated environment for the discerning client.
- Be enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for watches and jewelry.
- Train other Client Advisors and ensure they are knowledgeable of the brand’s unique heritage, product range and specific attributes.
- Assist Client Advisors with Rolex sales as necessary (provide product information, closing, etc.) to ensure every client experiences the luxury of Rolex to the fullest.
- Obtain client contact information using the CRM system to build an ongoing relationship and elevate the Rolex discovery journey.
- Implement brand strategies and guidelines.
- Communicate with the Tourneau|Bucherer Merchandising team to ensure appropriate inventory is available in the store.
- Ensure the visual presentation of watches is consistent with the luxury image of the brand.
- Act as a mentor to other Client Advisors and utilize the Tourneau|Bucherer advantages to preserve the luxury status of the product.
- Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge.
- At a minimum, meet sales objectives for any given month, quarter and year.
- Clearly understand daily sales objectives and how they relate to weekly and monthly targets.
- Clientelize – focus on developing long‑term relationships so clients are more likely to visit and purchase from the store in the future. Follow up with clients using the CRM system (birthday cards, holiday cards, new merchandise notifications, event invitations).
- Accept and incorporate constructive advice from managers to improve sales performance.
- Become comfortable selling all brands of watches and jewelry and maintain a balance of sales across the full product assortment.
- Strictly adhere to all store security procedures.
- Set up cases and windows.
- Respect other Client Advisors and foster an environment of support and collaboration.
- Adhere to the company dress code policy.
- Ensure the Rolex area is clean and attractive at all times.
- Attendance is crucial; be on time.
- Help set‑up or close the store depending on the shift.
- Consistently update Tourneau|Bucherer staff on the Rolex brand.
- Partner with management to schedule and deliver Rolex training sessions to increase comfort and product knowledge of Client Advisors.
- Convey the importance of the brand’s history to the staff.
- Educate staff on product introductions, technical complications, service, etc.
- Training will be provided by both Tourneau|Bucherer and Rolex to ensure an excellent client experience for every client.
- Ensure appropriate visual merchandising of all Rolex products.
- Daily stock checks to ensure Rolex watches are handled properly.
- Monitor and order supplies (cleaning kits, catalogues, POS materials).
- Communicate with Rolex regarding sales and inventory levels.
- Execute all expectations of The Role x Way in every client presentation.
- A passion for building clientele and selling.
- Demonstrate an exemplary level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
- Must have a polished and professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Meet and exceed company assigned goals, metrics and objectives.
Compensation Expectation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, with eligibility for commission.
