• Deliver food items to guests' tables as ordered and within appropriate time limits, describing each item and using seat position numbers.
• Greet all guests warmly, personally and friendly.
• Check that each plate is wiped and correctly garnished before leaving the kitchen; be accountable for all plates leaving the kitchen window.
• Check for proper condiments and utensils when arriving at the table.
• Assist guests with requests or concerns and take action to correct problems.
• Assist service team by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout the meal, and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Keep food line and runner stations clean, regularly checking floor for debris.
• Stock service areas with supplies such as plates, utensils, pizza boxes, condiments, and to-go items throughout the service period.
• Maintain awareness of current availability of food items and communicate effectively with management and service team.
• Take extra care to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in each duty performed.
