• Assist in preparing the restaurant for dining service by setting up sections, including polishing and preparing linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Greet guests warmly and personally.
• Assist the service team by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests’ meals and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables after guests finish dining.
• Assist guests with requests or concerns and take action to correct any problems.
• Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware and linens throughout the service period.
• Remove trash from full receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in all duties performed.
• Stock service areas with supplies as required.
• Be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all scheduling and attendance policies.
