Food and Beverage Attendant

Welcome and acknowledgment of guests according to company standards, anticipation and addressing guests’ service needs, assistance for individuals with disabilities, and genuine appreciation toward guests.

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and locking doors. Maintain cleanliness and condition of counter, tables, and other tools. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies and transport supplies to beverage set‑up area. Wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares from counter and tables to designated area. Input orders into cash register system, collect payment, take orders, record in MICROS system, issue, open, and dispense wine/beer bottles, and prepare food and coffee beverages.

Present the order to the guest in a timely manner and within standards. Ensure appliances (e.g., coffee makers) are on/off at appropriate times, bus counter areas and tables, wash dishes, utensils, work areas, and equipment throughout the day. Obtain change, count bank at shift end, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Secure beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure personal appearance and uniforms are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Perform visual inspection and data verification tasks. Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting objects ≤25 lb, navigating narrow or uneven spaces, and reaching overhead or below the knees. Perform all other reasonable job duties as requested.
