Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens in Maui, Grand Wailea offers 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 dining outlets, including 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a café, and in‑room dining.

Pay Rate
: $16.00, based on experience and location.

As a Food Server, you will deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to the hotel’s profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain deep knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately in the point‑of‑sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver orders efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• Keep serving stations well‑stocked at all times.
