Responsibilities- Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality and working as a team player.
- Assist servers with food delivery to guests.
- Practice table maintenance, clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests.
- 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
- Bending, stooping, and kneeling are required frequently.
- Routine standing for the duration of shift.
- Maneuver hand carts, blenders, knives, and other equipment listed in the training manual.
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs.
Rate Range: $15.00 or minimum wage – $17.00/hr + Tips.
