The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Cook II to join the Culinary team ated on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world’s best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. • Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay Rate: $36.50 and based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

• Prepare cold food items including, but not limited to, salads, fruits, dressings, fish items and appetizers, according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and food products.
• Stock and maintain designated food stations(s).
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen.
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations.
