    Provide direct, patient-centered care within the LPN scope under supervision designed to support clinical teams; monitor vital signs and patient status; administer prescribed medications and treatments following established protocols; assist with activities of daily living; perform basic wound care and dressing changes; collect specimens as needed; document accurately in patient records; coordinate with RNs, physicians, and other care professionals to ensure cohesive, safe care plans;
