As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you’ll conduct rapid patient assessments, triage, and stabilization, collaborating with physicians, techs, and support staff to deliver swift, compassionate outcomes. You’ll lead with clinical judgment during high-acuity scenarios, initiate treatment plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and ensure safe handoffs to inpatient teams.

• Perform initial assessments and triage patients.
