As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll provide quality results for our guests through your maintenance skills and customer service expertise, ensuring each unit and building is in perfect working order.

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision, ensuring optimum quality and efficient production.
• Respond to service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make‑ready units.
• Repair and replace general fixtures such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape; empty, pick up trash, perform general landscape work.
• Inspect building systems, report deficiencies, and adhere to the company’s safety programs.

• Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude with team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Generally starting at $21.50 per hour, with variation based on experience, education, skills, training, and location.
