Oracle Health Core Architect

We’re hiring a Core Architect to drive foundational design across Oracle Health’s clinical architecture—including Power Chart, Orders, and cross-system integration. This is a high-impact, senior-level role shaping the future of care delivery for hospitals modernizing their digital infrastructure.

Must-Have Experience

5+ years leading Oracle Health (Cerner) architecture and build, including clinical foundation, Power Chart, and Orders.

Deep experience in Millennium toolsets:
Discern Explorer, CCL, Bedrock, Foreign System Interfaces, and clinical event mapping.

Proven success in clinical workflow design, standardization, and optimization across departments and specialties.

Strong grasp of best practices in governance, documentation, and change control in a multi-entity hospital setting.

Ability to translate clinical needs into scalable technical architecture and solution roadmaps.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with MPages, Smart Templates, Dynamic Documentation, or custom development via Cerner Command Language (CCL).

Familiarity with interoperability frameworks such as Common Well, Carequality, and TEFCA.

Background in health IT transformations including cloud migrations, M&A system integrations, or EHR modernization projects.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills, especially with cross-functional, matrixed teams is also a big plus.
