Requirements Must have:
- Proven experience in technical support roles with a solid understanding of computer management and troubleshooting.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Fundamental knowledge of websites (hosting, domains; familiarity with CMS like Word Press is advantageous).
- Willingness to learn and provide support for AI tools.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Capability to articulate technical issues in easily understandable language.
- Awareness of IT infrastructure components, such as servers, switches, routers, and security devices like firewalls, is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a mix of on‑site and remote environments in a small team setting with diverse responsibilities.
- Availability for a work schedule of Friday to Tuesday, with potential for overtime.
- Basic SQL scripting.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows and Apple (macOS) systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Assist with user accounts, email, Point of Sale systems, and basic cloud services.
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting, including Wi‑Fi, printers, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain and perform content updates and basic troubleshooting for our company website.
- Support AI tools and automation, including ChatGPT, Copilot, and basic AI workflows.
- Monitor systems for potential issues and take proactive measures to resolve problemsenciar
