Salary

Salary range – $83,600 – $125,500

Responsibilities

The Executive Steward is an integral part of the Food & Beverage and Culinary team. This person will oversee day‑to‑day operation of the hotel's stewarding department. An Executive Steward is responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Additional duties will include scheduling, management, and training of staff.
