This is a full-time on-site role located in Princeville, HI for a Guest Relations Coordinator. The Guest Relations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding customer service. Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to high-profile guests before arrival, during their stay, and post-departure. This role coordinates closely with Rooms, Housekeeping, In-Room Dining, Retail, and Leadership to ensure seamless operations, accurate amenity execution, and outstanding guest experiences for Redwood and Retreat Collection guests.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Guest Relations and Customer Service, delivering exceptional, personalized experiences for all visitors
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
- Proficient in hospitality and data systems, including HMS, Seven Rooms, RTR, and Tableau (preferred)
- Demonstrated cross-departmental coordination and strong problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to discretion and confidentiality
- Experienced in reception and front-desk operations, including managing reservations and handling guest inquiries
- Friendly, polished, and service-oriented attitude with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
- Prior experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in hospitality or service industries
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
- Familiarity with and appreciation for sustainable hospitality practices
