The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Concierge Supervisor to join the Front Office Team!

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

Pay Rate
:
The hourly rate for this role is $30.26 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Responsibilities

As a Concierge Supervisor, you would be responsible for greeting customers, checking them in and out and responding to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, hotel services, directions to local attractions, or meeting rooms, car rentals and airline shuttle service, etc. Specifically, this includes but is not limited to:

  • Make arrangements for these services as needed by guests.
  • Manage department budget, including approval of payroll.
  • Train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating staff.
