Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000

Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist the General Manager in directing and organizing the activities of the signature restaurant to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Manage operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, marketing initiatives, systems use, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Assess product quality and service trends, evaluate issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Assist in marketing and up‑selling techniques to promote restaurant food, beverage, and services to maximize revenue.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.
• Act in the General Manager’s absence when required.

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high‑volume bar environment; luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership skills and passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences.
• Strong beverage knowledge and proven ability to train and develop staff.
