We’re currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team, a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamlining a bumpy process to stocking a supply cart. The Housekeeping Manager is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service.

Passionate about hospitality and cleanliness.

A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a luxury hotel setting.

A post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

Schedule flexibility is a must.

Advanced knowledge of housekeeping operations; strong leader and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation. Primarily working evening hours.
