Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Pool Host who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Location: Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort

• Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences
• Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
• Provide guests with water and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction; comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures

• Legal work authorization in United States
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills

• Hourly Rate: $20.89
