Concierge (Part-Time) - Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Join an opportunity to serve guests as a Concierge at Grand Wailea, a Forbes 4‑Star, AAA 4‑Diamond resort on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens. This role is part of the Front Office team and trains to deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to financial profitability.

Classification: Part‑Time
Shift: Various – must be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
Pay Rate: $27.25 per hour (based on applicable and specialized experience and location).

• Provide information, recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries, including directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements etc.
• Process and deliver messages, retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel.
• Respond to special requests (dentists, doctors, child‑care, florists, etc.) and resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly.
• Register VIP guests when needed.
• Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials.
