Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional culinary experience.
• Collaborate closely with front‑of‑house leaders to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor kitchen operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Serve as a people magnet, anticipate obstacles, and find quick solutions.
• Get in the trenches with the team to achieve the ultimate outcome.

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
• Minimum 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
• Expert in food & beverage operations, strong leadership and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
