Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant.

Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Provide medical care and treatment to patients in emergency room or clinic settings.
• Perform patient assessments including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose illnesses and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Perform minor medical procedures within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventative care.

• Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Hawaii.
• Strong clinical knowledge in emergency or outpatient care settings.
• Ability to perform patient evaluations and clinical decision-making independently.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
