• Plan and conduct occupational safety and health audits across U.S. operations
• Assess compliance with OSHA standards and related safety systems
• Prepare clear and objective audit reports for business partners and leadership
• Collaborate with audit program managers and safety experts to enhance audit protocols
• Perform on-site verification and evaluate documentation to assess compliance and risk

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related safety and health discipline
• Five (5) years of occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or safety and health auditing experience in relevant environments
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulatory requirements and safety management systems
• Ability to analyze regulatory and technical information and form well-supported audit conclusions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point

• 7+ years of safety and health or industrial hygiene experience
• Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third-party)
• CSP, CIH, or other relevant safety and health certifications
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional or global teams
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or other safety and health auditing certifications
