Provide specialized psychiatric nursing care for children and adolescents in a dynamic healthcare environment on Oahu. This contract opportunity requires a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a strong background in adolescent and pediatric psychiatric care. Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to child and adolescent patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and respond to psychiatric emergencies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Adhere to acute care and trauma center protocols and best practices
• Uphold safety standards including use of CPI techniques and AHA BLS guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Registered Nurse License
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Staff RN in adolescent or pediatric psychiatric care within an acute care setting
• Preferred experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)

Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• Day and evening shifts
