This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Superintendent, located in Maui, Hawaii. The Project Superintendent will oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and teams, enforcing quality control standards, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership in managing teams and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.
Qualifications- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Construction processes and practices.
- Expertise in Quality Control and assurance to oversee project standards and outcomes.
- Understanding of Construction Safety standards and implementation of safety protocols on-site.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to ensure projects remain within allocated resources.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to changes in a dynamic construction environment.
- Experience with construction project management software is a plus.
- Prior experience in a leadership role in the construction industry is highly desirable.
