Role SnapshotAs an After School Group Leader, you’re a trusted presence during the after-school hours—guiding activities, supporting learning, and creating a positive space where children feel safe, included, and encouraged. You’ll help shape daily experiences that balance fun, structure, and connection.

Experience with kids is helpful—but not required
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Available during after-school hours, Monday–Friday
Select sites may offer Group Leader Aide roles for high school students under 18.
Schedule & LocationsNanaikapono
Monday–Friday: Approximately 1:30 PM–5:30 PM
Wednesdays (early release): 12:30 PM start
Substitute positions may have variable days and hours
Flexible weekday schedule
Up to $1,000 per semester in tuition assistance
Full-time benefits for part-time hours
