JOB OVERVIEW
The Administrative & Apprenticeship Program Coordinator supports both the operational and educational arms of the ABC Hawaii Chapter. Working directly with the President/CEO and Education Director
, this position ensures efficient day-to-day operations, professional member engagement, and effective coordination of ABC’s apprenticeship programs.
This is a hands‑on, multi‑functional role
—split evenly between Apprenticeship & Workforce Development (50%) and Office Administration and President Support (50%)—designed for someone who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial office environment and enjoys taking initiative.
The ideal candidate is familiar with the construction industry
, comfortable learning new technologies
, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Experience with Quick Books and basic bookkeeping is highly valued. Training will be provided for all ABC‑specific and industry systems, including CHAD (ABC National Database) and Flashpoint (industry apprenticeship software).
Familiarity with Outlook is essential, and the candidate should be comfortable using workflow and file management platforms such as ,

, and Eway CRM to manage communications, projects, and digital records efficiently.
