- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional
- Schedule clients per their preferences
- Ensure all client needs are met during service (in person, phone, or virtual)
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay Range$11.00 - $27.00/hr local minimum wage laws apply. Pay is based on experience, education, skill, performance, and location.
