• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER and/or ICU experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required; additional certifications (PALS, TNCC, CCRN) preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a high-acuity setting.

• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide critical care and emergency treatment to unstable and high-acuity patients.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support treatments.
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and ventilator settings.
• Utilize EMR systems for accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond to medical emergencies, including codes and trauma cases.
• Maintain compliance with patient safety and infection control standards.
