Role specifics and benefits

As a Dialysis RN on this travel assignment, you’ll deliver high‑quality care across dialysis modalities, with responsibilities that include pre‑ and post‑treatment patient assessments, machine setup and troubleshooting, vascular access management, and meticulous adherence to safety and infection‑control protocols. You’ll monitor patient responses, adjust treatment parameters as needed, collaborate with nephrology physicians and the wider care team, and document care plans and progress notes with precision.

Education is central: you’ll empower patients with kidney‑friendly guidance on fluid and diet management, device care, and recognizing warning signs. You’ll participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to staff education, and pursue opportunities for advanced dialysis certification and leadership development. The position offers competitive compensation and practical benefits: a weekly pay range of $2,167–$2,258, with a guaranteed 36.0 hours per week.
