• Support daily operations, changeovers, and work orders.
• Conduct start‑up, shutdown, blowdown, and chemical checks on boilers, compressors, and refrigeration systems.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience repairing industrial equipment.
• Experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing a plus.
• Electrical and PLC control troubleshooting a plus.
• Welding and metal fabrication skills strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in temperature extremes.
• Basic math skills for measuring and setting equipment.

• Starting pay $32.50–$35.00/hour with quarterly bonus.
