We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Quality Engineering Intern to join our Global Quality Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects supporting both our global quality initiatives and local manufacturing sites. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in quality engineering, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration within a dynamic, international environment.

• Support the Global Quality Team and local manufacturing sites with various quality engineering projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the analysis and improvement of quality processes, systems, and documentation.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support quality metrics and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement best practices in quality management.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action activities for quality issues.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and miscellaneous projects as assigned by the Global Quality Team or local site leadership.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, multicultural team.
• Interest in quality systems, process improvement, and manufacturing environments.
